Note that this shipping information is only applicable to products ordered directly through goodlifevault.com.  If you visit external websites through links on our pages, then those respective vendor's shipping info would apply.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

For orders placed for products listed under the Catalog section of our website, once your order has been placed, it will be dispatched from our suppliers and warehouses as soon as possible. Usually this process takes 3-5 business days.

How long is the shipping time?

From then, you should allow 5 - 20 business days for delivery, depending on the product, country and processing times with local customs offices.

Rest assured, getting your purchase to you quickly is a priority and we are constantly working with our suppliers/logistics team to improve shipping times. Occasionally, in rare circumstances out of our control, such as border/customs delays, it may take some additional time for your order to be delivered.

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days from shipping confirmation, then email us at support@goodlifevault.com and we will gladly assist you in tracking your order.

Will I receive a tracking number?

The Good Life Vault team will send you an order status confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipment, including a tracking number.

Can I cancel my Order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@goodlifevault.com. Help us out by putting "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line of your email.

I have entered an incorrect address
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@goodlifevault.com. If the address is wrong, we can usually correct this within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged
We strive for perfection in shipping, but mishaps due occasionally happen.

    - A picture of the damaged product.
